We wanted to give you a quick update on The Dark Road progress and share some exciting news with you too!
Firstly – our Graphic Novel is now only a handful of pages from completion! Big well done to Ian Stopforth for all his hard work, he’s definitely been burning the candle at both ends lately and we are all so pleased with the progress. Spoiler alert – it’s looking AWESOME!
Also – we are moving to the final stages of the short! It’s still got a little ways to go but this is very exciting as the progress has been such a wonderful and exciting process to see, especially in such a short space of time! As always we will keep you posted. Most you wonderful people opted for a DVD copy or digital link so once post production is over we will be able to get all the perks requiring postage fulfilled! Don’t worry any one who had problems with locking their address – we will give plenty of warning before posting out anything so there will be a few chances to manually correct addresses.
Aside from launching an ever growing Patreon page full of exclusive content and merchandise we are also launching a brand new campaign on FRIDAY!
Because you’ve really become a community and shown such incredible support we wanted to offer you all the chance to be involved once again with another crazy project which actually found it’s life from some of YOU amazing people on our social media platforms! Columbo, Jessica Fletcher and Dr Mark Sloan walks into a wake....There’s no punchline, just an invitation to solve Murder. Not any old murder as the victim just so happens to be Agatha Christie! That’s not all folks, the adventure will have them matching wits with non other than Sherlock Holmes!

During the first week of the campaign, anyone who kindly contributed to The Dark Road campaign will get a upgraded perk. You wonderful people will be able to get an IMDB/END CREDIT ASSOCIATE PRODUCER CREDIT on this project when $50 or above perk is taken. This is super secret and not available to anyone on any perk below $100.
We know that not everyone will be as excited as us but we wanted to make sure that we showed you guys how amazing you are and how much your support means to us! Not only are we making something some of you have asked for but we also want to put you front and centre if you do want to help out!

Hey Dark Roadies!
Just a quick update to let you all know that an email has been sent to confirm the postal address for any backers who took a perk involving an item being posted out.
Almost everyone has provided an address so most of you don't need to do anything but if you notice an error in the details please do make sure you update it within the next two days before it locks completely.
Whilst I'm here... Ian's working on finalising the last few pages of the graphic novel and will begin working on the cover and official Dark Road poster immediately after!
Once the proofs have been printed and approved we will get to work hitting your mail boxes. We are still aiming to get those out september/october but if if anything changes we will let you all know as so as we do!
The next tier level we will be contacting will be - Hold Me, Thrill Me, Kiss Me, Kill Me which was the shooting script copy - as quite a few of those backers purchased an add on such as a DVD copy, mystery gift or novel please be aware that we will post multiple items in one package when all perks are ready so don't worry if you don't hear from us over the next few weeks and put more than one item in your basket!

Hey Dark Roadies!!
We've come so far in such a short space of time!
We wanted to take a minute to give all you wonderful backers a quick update and share a few images with you! Firstly, we've been working hard on to bring both the sizzle reel and the series bible to life, as well as editing and colour grading, there's things such as music, voice over, pace to consider as well as polished the script for the pilot. Since we've been able to see the characters brought to life - it's been interesting to see what works, what doesn't and what aspects we've seen that we didn't originally anticipate!
Also working hard is the Resurrection Films team on the short film!
Again, a lot of things to consider such as narrative, pace, colour grading, score, effects. We can share with you all that both are looking more fantastic than we had ever dreamed of and we will be so excited to share snippets with you all as and when we are able!
Everyone who purchased a copy of the graphic novel will be excited to know that the rough drafts have been completed and our amazingly talented artist Ian is working hard on final pages! It's going to look incredible!

Filming finished a few days ago and we are all so excited as we explore the footage.

This message is such a wonderful thing to send. When we first started this crazy ride over a year ago we never for one second imagined we would be here, right now, reviewing footage of our creation. Our cast and crew were nothing short of amazing. The production team - incredible. The most wondrous group of people coming together to make something awesome. Please shower every single one of them with love and thanks, as we have!
Our incredible concept artist Ian is working so hard to bring the graphic novel to life and once we have weathered post production we will begin working on creating and sending all perks out to you fabulous backers!
The team are all so excited to share each step with you as and when we can. The shoot was a massive success and we got some amazing footage we hope to share soon with you all. For now we've included a few behind the scenes images for you!
